 Beatiful 2 bedroom apartment  - The apartment is on the Estrella Complex 4* 2 bedrooms / 2 shower rooms/ lounge/fully fitted kitchen ground floor with a large south facing terrace. Large communal swimming pool/childens paddling pool/paddle ball court. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable having the benefits of : memory foam beds - Full English and Norwegian  TV channels - air conditioning and heating.

The apartment is well situated just minutes walk from the many excellent restaurants, a variety of bars, cafes, pharmacies, banks and many large supermarkets. Albir is an up and thriving coastal town much loved by many holidaymakers around the world that return year on year.  Not far away from the razmataz of Benidorm, but far away for the more relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Prices are for per week  in Pounds Sterling UK. Includes use of electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and end cleaning. Any part weeks will be charged pro-rata of the weekly rate. For a two weeks stay deduct 10%

price for 2 months or more during the winter months deduct 10%-electricity during winter months the amount of 80 euro per  months is included in the price. which is well over the normal usage . any extra will be deducted from the bond.

Heating is provided in the winter and air-conditioning throughout in the summer  (80 euro per month electricity included in the price for winter bookings anything over this amount will be charged.)

Accessibility
Entrance into the complex: Locked double gates leading into the complex. The apartment is on the ground floor, no steps leading into the apartment.  The apartment is secure with shutters to all windows. To the rear of the apartment a large terrace ideal for sunbathing and dining. Gate from the terrace leading to the communal pool and grassed area. Entrance to the apartment comples : There are two gates- one gate is located on the Bulevard Los Musicos Road, this gate being the nearest to the shops - 2nd gate is on the same road as the Albir playa Hotel Cami Vel de Altea. 

Terrace
The large south facing terrace is furnished having sunbeds for 4 people. Large table and 6 chairs. Gate leading to the large communal pool, grassed area and childrens play area.

Beach
5/10 minutes walk to the lovely Albir beach -during summer months the beach comes alive at night wth music, dancing and entertainment. During the day, there are water sports, sunbeds for hire - and is also good for walking along the beach to Altea.  

Golf
The major golfing areas of Villamartin, La Finca and Real Campomar are around 90 minutes drive South and El Saler (ranked amongst the best in the world) is just over an hour's drive North. In addition, there is a golf driving range just across the road!

Nearest Airport
The nearest airport is Alicante which is  approx 45 minutes South. There is a local bus from the airport into Albir - book the stop to get off at Albir Playa Hotel, the hotel is across the road from the apartments. 3 mins walk. There is ample car hire available, but unless you want to see more of Spain car hire is  not needed for this apartment as it is central.

Out and About                                                                                                                     The traditional Spanish town of Altea, with its marina and delightful square and church is only 3 km away and can be reached by walking along the promenade from Albir. Benidorm from Albir approx  8km, you can get to Benidorm by taking the number 10 bus cost approx 1.20 euro each way, or a taxi will cost between 8 and 13 euro. 

jet skiing and water sports are available on the local beach and there are markets held every day in the local towns.

Booking notes
A deposit of £150 against breakages is payable on booking, with the full rental paid one month before arrival. The deposit of 150 pounds will be refunded 7 days after departure less any costs agains breakages or loss of keys.
