Supermarkets

Albir has numerous supermarkets all in close range from Consume & Mercadona to Lidl. Also there is Mendoza which carries quite a few British products often quite hard to locate anywhere else.

Bus to Benidorm

The Number 10 bus runs regularly every 15-30 minutes from early morning until just after 10 at night (later in the summer months. There are bus stops all along the Avenida de Albir right up to the Albir Gardens Hotel. For up to date information visit the website.

Taxi to Benidorm

A taxi to Benidorm costs about 8-10 Euro and again there are numerous taxi ranks around and you are always sure to pick one up at the Albir Gardens Hotel with many of its guests travelling back and forth to Benidorm day and night.

Tourist information

Albir is actually part of L'Alfaz del Pi but in thi day most people would see it as a town in its own right. The Tourist information is situated at the bottom of the Avenida de Albir just before you cut through to the beach.

Airport

Albir is approximately a 45 minute drive from Alicante Airport and is directly off the A7 motorway just after Benidorm. Albir and Benidorm Transfers from Alicante airport can also be provided by coachtransfersbenidorm.com

The Beach

About half  .5km long and like all the Costa Blanca beaches has been consistanty been awarded the blue flag. The Costa Blanca has the cleanest water and beaches on the mediterrian
