Fancy waking up to the calming view of the Mediterranean sea - this apartment has just that - the views are breathtaking  from the large balcony and also from the lounge and the master bedroom. The furnished balcony offers sun all day, and even in the winter months you will get sun for most of the day. You can easily reach the beach down a foot path only 5 mins walk - leading from the complex to the beautiful Poniente beach & promenade offering many services, from bike hire to restaurants & bars. Approx 15 mins walk from the apartment you will find the Old Town of Benidorm/poniente offering shops, bars and restaurants and a further 15 mins walk will take you to the razmataz of the New Town of Benidorm -  Levante beach.  There is a regular bus service to the New and Old Town of Benidorm. Outside the apartment complex is a 9 hole golf course. But for the more serious player you will find 19 hole golf course only 5 mins drive from the complex. The apartment is ideally situated for those that wish to stay in a quieter area of Benidorm but also be within easy reach of the razmataz of Benidorm. Underground car parking available for one car. Fantastic place to chill out.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal holiday for those that want to get away from it all, but be close to the action. Golf course are also in the area, including all the major theme parks.

Accessibility
The apartment is located via a lift - there are no steps within the apartment, however, around the area there is a slight hill to the apartment.

Outside
The balcony offers sunbeds, table and 4 chairs (more chairs available if required) Outside you will find a c4 sun loungers communal pool and tennis court - grassed childrens play area.

Coast/Beach
From the complex you can take a path that leads down to the lovely promenade and beautiful sandy beach approx 5 mins walk. The path is not paved, however, this path is used frequently by locals and holidaymakers, but for the  less mobile person could prove a little difficult. You will see a picture of the path along with other pictures of the beach - by car only  5 mins.

Golf
The Costa Blanca is without doubt a golf players paradise. Within only 5 mins drive you will find a par 72 and par 60 golf course, outside the apartment there is a 9 hole golf course. - we can arrange T off times buggies and golf club hire.
Also an ideal location to visit the many theme parks and shopping centre La Marina and Carrefour.
also an ideal location for walkers, cyclist or for those that just want to chill and relax in the Spanish sunshine.

there are many theme parks in Benidorm from water parks, dolphin shows, the thrill of the fast rides and not forgetting The famous Benidorm Palace - all worth a visit. More information on request.

Costa Blanca has so much to offer.
You can take a train that will take you along the coast from Denia to Alicante -
The local bus they are cheap and good to get you around the local area only 1.20 per trip.
Lots of Markets to visit - Places of interest : Albir, Altea, Calpe, Villajoyosa,
and not forgetting the city of Alicante.

Travel
Alicante airport travel time approx 40 to 45 mins.
Airport collection from 50 euro each way.
Car is recommended but not essential.
